Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress against planned timelines and report delays or risks to the Project Manager. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and labour teams for smooth site execution. Conduct quality checks for civil, structural, finishing, and waterproofing works. Verify material quantity, quality, usage, and site stock. Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirement reports. Assist in measurement verification and contractor bill checking. Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with project standards. Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants.
